FLORIDA - SS Hanley Ramirez (shoulder) downgraded to not expected to be in the starting lineup. Ramirez return to the lineup in a couple of days remains a possibility, but the Marlins are taking a wait-and-see approach. Ramirez didn’t travel with the team to Arizona on Sunday night — instead he remained in South Florida and had his left shoulder examined Monday morning by Dr. Dan Kanell, the team physician. In his first at-bat on Sunday against the Reds, Ramirez suffered a slight dislocation to his left shoulder. He left the game in pain.
