You can bet I will be watching this game closely on the Satellite dish tonight and what should be a good pitching matchup in this one. Suppan who has bounced all around in both leagues and different teams over the years appear to be pitching very steadily and is on a 5 game win streak and comes into this game with a Projected ERA of 2.30
Conversely, Jorge Sosa will make his second start of the season in Friday’s series opener and defeated Arizona on Saturday at Chase Field. Sosa was recalled from the Mets’ Triple-A affiliate to start the game, and went 4-0 with a 1.13 ERA for New Orleans this season.
Sosa hurled 6 1/3 innings of two-run ball against the Diamondbacks and surrendered four hits with three strikeouts and a pair of walks.
Both teams are playing extremely well as the Mets are currently 21-12 and the Brewers are 24-10. If you bet the Mets every game this year you would be up +4.30 but nothing compared to the Brewers coming in with a WHOPPING +14.15 money ratio.
Should be a great game to watch..and from a capping stand point I would have to give a very slight edge to the Brewers here mainly due to the stability of Suppan this year and they are on a 5 game win streak but tuff to go against the Mets at home in this spot..
The wind is blowing in from the SSW at 6 mph and 30% chance of rain
So for Pizza, I will take the UNDER 9 runs here and take a shot with that..
